Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Size issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Manufacturing defects or damaged products.
  • Return Policy are not available 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return Policy.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping charges will be borne by Parneet Studio.
  • For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
